Life Sim is made by Jeremstyke, an independent developer based in France, who is responsible for the processing of your data (the "data controller"). Contact: juryjeremy@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your Telegram profile basics: your Telegram user ID, first name, username and language, provided by Telegram when you open the game.
- Your game: your character, their life, choices, stats, money, possessions, journal and achievements, and any action you type yourself.
- Usage data: when you open the game, which features you use, and how you found it (for example a link from our website or an ad), to understand what works and improve the game.
- Purchases: what you bought with Telegram Stars and when. Payments are handled by Telegram: we never see your card or bank details.
How we use it
- To run the game and save your progress.
- To write the story of each year: your character's situation and recent choices are sent to our AI provider to generate events.
- To deliver what you bought and your rewards.
- To send you game messages in Telegram (reminders, weekly leaderboard, news), if you allowed the bot to message you. You can stop them at any time by blocking the bot.
- To measure and improve the game.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We only use service providers that help run the game:
- Anthropic (Claude AI), which generates the stories from your game situation.
- Supabase (database) and Railway (servers), which host the game.
- Adsgram, the ad network that shows ads in the game. It may collect technical data about your device to show and measure ads, under its own privacy policy.
- Telegram, which provides your profile basics and handles payments, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your game and account data while you play. If you stop playing, your data may be deleted after a long period of inactivity. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or ask for a copy of it. Write to juryjeremy@gmail.com with your Telegram username, and we will answer within one month. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Children
Life Sim is intended for players aged 16 and older. It is a fictional game that includes mature themes such as crime, drugs and prison.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
