The service
ChatPal is a free app inside Telegram. ChatPal is an AI companion you can chat with, and a quiz bot for groups and channels. It is not a person and not a substitute for professional help. We may change, pause or stop features at any time, and we do our best to keep the service available, without guarantee.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older and follow Telegram's own terms of service.
Purchases
Plans (Friend, Best Friend, BFF) and message packs are paid with Telegram Stars. Plans renew every month through Telegram until you cancel them in Telegram. Message packs never expire. Purchases are processed by Telegram, and refunds follow Telegram's rules and the law that applies to you.
Fair use
Don't use ChatPal to break the law, harass people, spam, share illegal content, or try to cheat, hack or overload the service. We may limit or block access in case of abuse.
AI-generated content
Much of the content in ChatPal is written by AI. It can be wrong, surprising or unsuitable, and it is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or other).
Liability
ChatPal is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by French law.
